The former haunt of pirates, the Dutch and the English and Tortola's main town, Road Town is within reach of secluded beaches and hidden coves. The island displays the same leisurely pace as other British Virgin Islands, with festivals and regattas across the calendar. Helicopter and sea charters and diving are popular activities. On land, the ruins of Fort Burt and the still functioning Callwood Rum Distillery provide fun daytrips. Catch a cab between sights or rent a car to get out of town.

Been twice in 3 days to the lovely sited restaurant. Sunday was the big closing for the season 'hog roast' which was really an enormous buffet of everything you could think of. Paella, fish, chicken, gnocchi , salad, excellent cheese board, lovely desserts,, reasonable priced rose wine (minuty). Great atmosphere, live musician playing, all was good. So great to meet up with friends here - brilliant venue. Re-open September I think

Pussers, is famous for it's rum, and it still serves it up along with a pretty fine selection of beers. We ate in also, service was fine, choice is wide but all along the lines of pub grub. At the back is a shop full of branded goodies, all befitting Island living.
Perhaps, the most important thing to remember that is still working, when you are inside you would have no idea that 200 mile winds only here last September

Quito's has an upstairs, more fancy section and a downstairs, more casual section. We ate downstairs. Our meal was very good - no complaints. There's a 15% service charge already added to your bill and it's stated on the menu so you aren't surprised.

An innovative new restaurant, located on the west side of Road Town overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Sharky's features fresh food, made in house daily, at prices you won't believe. Now serving pizza AND delivering to Road Town locations, including The Moorings, TMM, & Conch Charters!
Our 1st night in the BVI for a week long sailing getaway kicked off perfectly with a group dinner at Sharky's Cantina for some of the finest seafood we've had...anywhere. The appetizers and beverages were delicious but it's the main course that John and his team do so well. Liked it so much that we arranged to have lobster and champagne our last night in the BVI. We'll be back!

We stopped at the Long Bay Beach Club during a recent port day on our Caribbean cruise. Overall this place was fantastic... Amazing beach, great staff, nice pool, great food, good drinks, etc.
If you make your way here, please ask for Leana. She was fantastic and one of the highlights of our vacation. We will absolutely return here when next in Tortola, and perhaps extend our stay at the hotel next time.
I highly recommend the Roti for lunch. Absolutely delicious...

A sailing trip to the BVI is never complete without a sunset dinner at Cane Garden Bay. We were fortunate to catch the end of lobster season and both had 2 1/2 lb. lobsters each. The lobsters were fresh from Anegada, tender and soooooo tasty!! The best part of dinner is always the sunset over Jost Van Dyke that settles into twilight and then the stars. Good service, good food, perfect sunsets.

Fusion Modern cuisine, craft cocktails, an impressive wine list and the best service around!
This was our second visit to the Dove. Again, it was amazing. They do a great mix or French and Caribbean cuisine. The staff is great. They also make their own custom drinks!

Waterfront dining with a casual atmosphere at Penn's Landing Marina in East End, Red Rock is perfect for an ice cold beer at the bar, or a bottle of wine in the dining room over looking the boats in the marina. Our menu is varied including; Homemade Pizza, Fresh Seafood, CAB Steak and Vegetarian Dishes. You'll find a fun mixture of locals, ex-pats & tourists alike, swapping stories of times gone by & adventures. We also love our sport, so you can still catch you favorite team on TV at the bar.We look forward to seeing you at RED ROCK RESTAURANT & BAR
Red Rock had the best food we ate all week. We had the conch fritters and the seafood pizza… both of which were absolutely amazing! Views of the sailboats were awesome. Mosquitos were plenty of course, but the restaurant had off! Coils and even offered...Morevery happy that you enjoyed your meal with us, we have been trying our very best at controlling the mosquitos and it a whole lot better, thanks again for taking the time out and reviewing us, all the best and hope to see you soon.

The Cabernet Bar and Grill, previously know as The Grand Cafe and La Cabanon now under new ownership since Jan 2014. Great food prepared nightly on our outside Grill. Fresh Fish, Butchers Cut meats, Daily Specials. The best service Island wide, superb atmosphere, Al Fresco dining, great Bar Scene, Cool Sounds . Wide selection of Craft Beers, Rums and liqueurs.
We popped in here to escape the downpour. It was like the heavens had literally opened up and what a welcome we got. We sat at the bar because we were soaking and were made to feel very welcome. The bar was full however the service was still very good. This place also has free wifi which was a big bonus. We didn't try the food but the dishes that were being served looked really nice. We stayed until the rain eased and quickly made our way back to the cruise ship.
