Zip Adventures was an outstanding zip line experience. It was our first time and I was very anxious and almost backed out. So glad I didn't. All 4 of us, including 2 tween/teens, rated it as our fav activity of our trip to CO. I'm afraid of heights and have motion sickness and i had the best time. You are in a full body harness and feel so safe. Views and experience are amazing. Worth the cost!

Family ride 2016, today I returned for the four hour ride. The scenery and ride through aspen forests were amazing. The stable is still well run and expert guide Nicki gave us interesting facts along the way. This is a professional & safety conscious stable.
I would love to do the trail ride next!

Gypsum Creek Golf Course is nestled in the beautiful Gypsum Creek Valley, just minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. The front nine meanders along a mountain stream and the back rolls across a high alpine wooded mesa. Truly a stunning and unique golf experience! This 6,900 yard Pete Dye design is fun and challenging for all skill levels. Whether you golf or not, you'll enjoy our spacious, Gypsum Creekside Grill, clubhouse with outside wraparound decks and mouth watering dishes. Bring the whole family, there is also an outdoor 25 meter swimming pool that's open to the public from June to August. Call us to book your next tournament, wedding, fundraiser or special event.
We were staying in Avon where we asked the concierge about the local golf courses. She mentioned some of the more well known places (Beaver Creek, AvonVail) but said that the best bang for the buck was Gypsum Creek. At $49.00 it was a bargain.
Originally the course was built as a private course to anchor a housing tract. That didn't work out (although they are building houses again) so they opened it to the public. It is a far test of the average golfer. The course is pretty well maintained. While we were there they were digging along the fringe of some of the fairways installing new water lines. That annoyance aside, it was a good walk spoiled.

An excellent Arnold Palmer Golf course of links style in the Vail Valley in Eagle Ranch.
Spectacular scenery and you can imagine our surprise as a heavy snow storm came through. Then rain and squalls. The course is in excellent condition. We played off the blue tees and found it a real challenge.
Scenery is just unbelievable and every hole is totally unique.
Found all staff extremely friendly and helpful. I play at a lit of courses whilst holidaying and this is hard to beat. Would love to play on a beautiful day, rather than a wet and windy day with storms.
Nonetheless a great golf experience.

Triple G is highly recommended for a horse back ride adventure. Our guide (New New) was great, she was laid back very informative willing to stop and take pictures and all around pleasant to ride with. Don't let the distance from vail scare
you from trying triple g it really isn't that far of a drive about 25 minutes. You won't be disappointed

The ride to Sylvan Lake State Park is easy and filled with nature's beauties. The park is less than 20 miles from Eagle on a well-maintained road. Worth a day-trip for hiking or fishing. Make this a must destination if you're in the Eagle, CO area.

Great place for families wanting some good food and drinks and activity for the kids. We have been there three times over the years and had fun each time. Clean. Good equipment. Decent/good food. Shuffle board and pool if bowling isn't your thing. Even and outside seating area and lawn to enjoy out back. It's an easy way to satisfy kids and parents at the same time for a fair price.

My wife and I stumbled on this place, while we were picking a few things up in town, on our last camping/fishing excursion. We had been thinking about giving fly fishing a shot as something we can both learn together. Fortunately, we ran into Bob. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. When he realized that they were complete novices, he asked if we would like to step out front for a fly fishing "workshop." We jumped at the chance! We learned proper casting form with a splash of more advanced techniques. He offered great prices on his rods, but when l told him that we had just picked one up from somewhere else, there were absolutely no high pressure sales. Instead, he totally hooked us up, taught us how to tie all of our knots, and when they were just too crazy, did them for us. We WILL be back. If you have the slightest interest in fly fishing... You should go see Bob. He'll treat you right!!
