The craftsmanship that went into building this place of worship is amazing. You can see no use of nails or rebar in this structure. It provides a peaceful spot to relax while touring all else.

Beautiful 'nha rong' and houses gave a peek into ethnic people's life. Their graveyard is an unique part of their culture that cannot be found in any other part of the world. The wooden statues placed outside the grave looks similar to stone ones in Easter Island. Totally recommend for who love eco-tourism and backpackers. However, families may not like it so much

We are the professional Motorbike Rider Team in Kontum, service Motobike Tours so many years for tourist, and got really good commend from visitor. We have a really good professional Motobike Tour Guide Men for guiding historical and social destinations.
We took a one day moterbiketour. We visited about six local villiges with different ethnic origines. We also saw the wooden church and a big seminary build by the French around 1913. A great way to discover te rural life in Vietnam. Also great landscapeviews. Great team of motorbikedrivers. Great guide speak english, french, lao, german. And he have a good sence of humor. Brought us to a good place with delicious Vietnam food. Invited us even for a beer in a local cafe at the end of the trip.

The first floor is dedicated to recent history since 1965 or so. Anyone acquainted with the US-led war against Viet Nam will be able to understand a good deal from the photos and artifacts alone. The second floor has some stuffed animals in so-so dioramas and displays of various minerals and rocks. Most of these only have Vietnamese or the Latin name. However, the section on the archeological digs includes some English, and there are some helpful displays/posters showing the various ethnic minorities that live in the area. The museum is a good hour or two out of the main heat of the day or to get out of the rain. Restrooms are clean. Too bad there's no brochure in some major foreign language.
