Our Restaurant features southwest styling, and cuisine. We have been family owned and operated since 1999. We serve a large menu of items, all made fresh from the finest quality ingredients. Our menu choices include: excellent Mexican dishes, many different styles of crisp fresh salads, and a large list of fresh ground Angus burgers and sandwiches. We also sell fresh ground espresso. Last but not least... if you eat here, you will not leave hungry!
Reviews emphasized Mexican and southwestern food, but when we went the sign outside emphasized "American" food--only a few menu items were Mex/Sw. The menu was not as veg friendly as reviews had suggested (although they would gladly substitute a frozen veggie burger in any of the burgers).Nonetheless, spouse enjoyed the fish and chips, and the veggie sandwich (Sodbuster, I think) was outstanding. Slight toasting of bun gave it a delicious crunch. They were out of the usual Italian dressing (due to closing for the season soon), but honey mustard was a great substitute!

Fifties diner serving breakfast from 7-11 AM, Burgers, etc...from 11AM to 9PM. There's good food and even a Jukebox here, and lots of Rock and Roll all at a price anyone on a budget can afford -- even a broke biker We have a real Ice Cream Parlor with hand-dipped ice cream Shakes and Splits and much more -- none of those "add water frozen yogurt" machines here! Note: We are a Seasonal Biker Style Resort Open From April to November.
This was a great find driving from Bryce down to Zion. Roadside diner. Fun decor with the 50s diner vibe enhanced with fun touches like ceiling fans shaped like old fighter aircraft propellers. Food was solid diner food, plus good ice cream options for treats. Very clean. Excellent service. Full of locals on the Saturday at noon when we dropped in. In this isolated area, really great to have a place like this to take a break and refresh.

Great Restaurant featuring Steaks, BBQ Ribs, Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Appetizers, Salads. Prices range from $2.95-$15.95. Large portions, comfy dining area. To Go Available. We are open 8am-9pm April-October.
Very good unexpected stop. Interesting as I wouldn't think from outside looks, it would be up to par, but it was really good. Had dogs with us and it was nice to sit on shaded porch. Store was really bare. All of the food was fresh and well prepared, not pre-processed. Everyone enjoyed what they had--steak sandwich, chicken sandwich, and chicken strips. Very good.

The Outlaw Saloon is a new western bar in Hatch, Utah. Offering a full bar and unique grill your own dining option. This fun venue offers pool tables, darts, and large flat screen TV's throughout. The bar offers a variety of signature cocktails, local brews, and tasty food options. Saddle up on one of our saddle bar stools and experience the wild wild west the way it was intended on.
I suppose their "cook-it-yourself" business model makes sense if you know what is going on and if there is anyone there to help. Unfortunately, in our case, neither was true so we stood somewhat lost and puzzled by the bar for about 5 minutes. No one behind the bar, no one in the "kitchen." I finally asked someone in the "restaurant" side what was going on and they pointed me to someone who looked like a patron but apparently is one of the owners. They told me they were busy and had no tables and then walked away. Period, that was it. Huh? We left.

The ribeye was huge and cooked to perfection - juicy, tender, and had excellent flavor. If you're on the fence, let me make up your mind for you - YES, yes you should go here! You will not leave hungry.
Hatch, UT is a place of few food options, and while the outside of the restaurant might make you a little leery, the food is so good! They have a Friday until Gone $15 ribeye special that includes salad, soup, fresh baked bread and a side. Everything we had was delicious. Their salad bar, while small, had things like beets, chickpeas and olives - in other words, what it lacked in size it made up for in quality. The bread was definitely home made and the french fries were crispy and delicious. While the ribeye is so juicy and tender it doesn't need any sauce, the au jus that comes on the side was so delicious I used it to dip my french fries.
This is a perfect stop between Zion and Bryce. Whatever other sites may say to the contrary, they are open for dinner.
