Had dinner with family and the service was good, food was tasty and atmosphere was warm. Enjoyed the calamari appetizer and the crab ravioli with shrimp. Tried the maple martini but was unimpressed. Definitely did not need the spices sprinkled on top. cheesecake was good.

Great Bakery & Coffee House. Extensive bakery goods and always changing - which is a good thing. Good lunch menu also with soups, sandwiches & salads. Breakfast scones. I frequented this establishment often and always pleased. Great coffees offered also. Baked items made the old fashioned way - milk, butter, lard etc. The good way like Momma used to make!

I was seated promptly during lunch. No Veteran's Day specials for lunch. Had the fries and TPT burger. The burger itself was good but the buns were rather stale. Wish they were fresh and tasty. I had an IPA beer which was not bad. Not sure if I would go back again (just depends).

Not a lot of flavors (12-14?) but well-chosen and well executed. All the ones we tried on our three visits were delicious. The portions are not large, but prices are surprisingly high ($4 for a smallish scoop). However, it was the best option we could find in Montpelier so we kept returning. Recommended.

Definitely not health food, but this is a warm weather institution in Vermont that everyone seems to love. You order at one window and pick up at another. The line moves fast because the service is quick and efficient. There are a few picnic tables, but most folks just climb in their cars and eat or drive away with a cone in their hand. Not much atmosphere, but the place feels like someplace out of the 50s. Worth a visit at least once a summer.
