We stopped in Rm. Vâlcea to have dinner and this was a really good choice. We had a caprese salad which was ok, but with some additions to the original recipe, a tomato soup which was great. We also had the tagliatelle ai funghi, which could have used better mushrooms – these were good, but they were ordinary super-maket champignons – and the spinach with cheese made in the oven which was excellent and mixed really well with the pasta.
For desert we had a tiramisu, which was ok but did not impress me in any way, but the raspberry sauce ice cream was truly fantastic.

As we love pizza and this was our restaurant by preference we wanted to tast it again.
The welcomming is always very friendly and they have an excellent service.
Nevertheless I have to admit that the pizza is acceptable but typical Romanian.
They served it as requested, well done, but the taste of the pizza and the filling is not any more what it has been a year ago.

When I have a trip in the area, I stop to eat here. The food is pretty good, the sizes are big at the second plates. I can recommend the soups and the pasta; the meat is also tasty. The prices are ok.

We had mici and fries and it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Had it not been for the waiter telling us at the beginning that it would take a long time for the food, I would've given this a 2 star review. The food was okay. Nothing special, just bar food. I definitely had better mici.

Restaurantul Domnesc invites you to indulge in traditional Romanian food and ancient customs atmosphere offered by combining the historic flair of the Casa Valsanescu monument with elements of daily modernism. The restaurant is situated in a picturesque landscape, in close vicinity to the most popular and visited tourist attractions in the Curtea de Arges municipality, more specific 40 m from the Biserica Domneasca and Curtea Domneasca and 1.5 Km from the Arges Monastery complex.

The Romanian cuisine offered by our restaurant is very diverse and rich in flavors, aroma and colors, strongly influenced by Romanian history and traditions. The exquisite flavors and spices used in our kitchen, combined with the spectacular landscapes will provide moments of relaxation and pampering to all our guests. We invite you to our modern Terrace, to enjoy a delicious coffee or a dinner with your loved ones, while at the same time discovering the association between modern architectural elements with pieces dating from the nineteenth century, which gives our Terrace the air of a relaxed and friendly place.
Bar and lounge-style interior with open air Seating. English-speaking staff. Be prepared for patrons smoking on the deck. Large pizza oven with spatula-spinning baker. Tasty pizza, but it takes a long time (30+ min). Minus one star for the wait. Two varieties of Romanian beer on draft.

Good and not expensive food, nice kids' menu. The service is very welcoming, even though the staff don't speak good English, they do their best to set good communication and it works! Very pleasant atmosphere, I enjoyed 3 excellent dinners there with my kids and all were great!

Family business established in 2007 providing quality services and entertainment. Located in Calimanesti, known for 2000 years for its thermal waters, our Terrace lies by river Olt in a spectacular and serene scenery, away from the traffic. The Terrace with 240 seats and the Swimming pool with 300 chaise lounges and umbrellas with natural water geothermally heated are opened seasonally from April/May to September, daily from 0900AM to 0100AM. We offer European food and drinks; our famous pizza, signature of our Chef trained in Italy, made in a special wood-fired brick oven; vegetarian and children menus. Each year our team is organizing Pool parties with entertainers and live DJ’s. We are working hard on preparing the location and plan to open the 2018 season on the Easter, first weekend in April with many surprises and events for the season. Visit Terasa Camelot and have a joyful and relaxing day here. We will do our best to make you a happy member of Camelot family!
The Camelot Terrace offers nice views towards the Olt river, even if it's through a rusted metal fence.
The food menu have a good range of traditional and international dishes with good prices.
We've tried the traditional Romanian barbeque and the food came fast and it was quite nice, excet the garlic sauce (mujdei), which was too watery.
The service was very good and they offered us a car deodorant with the bill, which was a nice touch.

Nice location, in the center of the city, with a Terrace during the summer.
Service and food is fair, but the waitres are not very kind with the cyclists (you have to park your bicycle outside the restaurant).
The price is average/high for the area, but the food is fair.
Suitable for all kind of situations :)
