Just not a fun place. Unless you are sitting at the bar you can't get timely drinks wherever you gamble....slots, table games, etc. I don't understand....the drinks are not complimentary. Why wouldn't they hire more waitresses? I believe an hour plus wait for someone to come around is absurd. When you pass by the slot machine area you hardly ever hear

I brought a group of Senior Citizens for a guided tour of the museum. A little tight for a group and also hard for the group to hear the guide. Guide was still kind of new too. With our Senior groups it is helpful to have a well-educated guide, our guide had only led one other group and it was children. The museum is really neat and the group definitely enjoyed themselves.

My wife coordinated her sisters to get me a $50 gift card for my 30th birthday. I wanted my wife to join me, so we got her the 3 race package for $50. We were told we would have to pay a $6 per rider for a drivers license, just another way so they can more money. It is only good for a year. The total with tax was $122 before the gift card was used. I did enjoy myself but the price is a bit much for 3 races. Races 2 and 3 a group of 6 Italians joined us and they were driving "dirty or rough". I got "bumped" pretty hard by one of them that threw me into the wall. As I came to the guy on the stand i put my hand up like did you not see that? There was no warning no nothing. I also was not allowed to pass one of the guys who was clearly not allowing it but the race before I was doing the same and was told to let the person pass. After the races, the 3rd race was the one that I got bumped into the wall, I did vomit a little from the hit. The experience was fun but it was not worth the money.

When we pooled up to the outside of the Sagamore Distillery it was quickly apparent that the organization was not short on funding. The building is beautiful and impressive. Other new distilleries that I have visited are usually little corners of old warehouses. We took a tour which was very enjoyable. Our guide however, Lo, was either disenchanted with the ownership are just a snide individual that really didn't want to give us any clear answers to our questions. The rye was delicious and I recommend a visit and tour.

Reviewed By renfield1969 - Baltimore

Escape It is one of the many escape rooms that cropped up in and around Baltimore once the fad began in earnest, and they're a good addition to the scene. We got off to a rocky start upon arrival due to technical difficulties with their equipment and a harried staff operating with a skeleton crew, but we were fine once we got in the room as it's all about getting back out.

We joined two small groups to give us a total of eight people in the Hotel Suite room. Ours was the only group that had done escape rooms before, but everyone quickly got into it and everyone cooperated to make sure each person got to do something as we went along.

The puzzles were interesting and the clues compelling. There is some definite out-of-the-box thinking you need to do to solve some of them, but the game master is always there to offer clues if you want and providing encouragement regardless. As with most escape rooms we've seen, the wear and tear is really beginning to show due to the hundreds of frantic people that pass through.

We escaped from the Suite with time to spare, but that room is their easiest. We can't wait to go back to try a harder one.

The Walters Art Museum

Reviewed By Maggi713 - Baltimore, Maryland

Yesterday, we were invited to The Walters Museum to see our grand-daughter’s art work that was being displayed as part of the Baltimore County Public School Student Art Exhibition. We were thrilled – this is the second time her artwork has been selected to hang at The Walters Museum. We were indeed very proud grandparents!

In addition, we took the time to walk thru and enjoy From Rye to Raphael: The Walters Story. This exhibit tells the story about the Walters family gift of art to Baltimore. We viewed 200 works, plus family photographs and historic material taken from the archives.

We were thrilled to see the exhibition: Fabergé and the Russian Crafts Tradition: An Empire’s Legacy. Faberge was a jeweler and goldsmith to the Russian imperial court. Like everyone, we were so taken with the intricate details that went into making a Faberge egg. In addition to creating the most beautiful eggs, Faberge also made rich colored enamels, gold and silver vessels, stunning jewelry and icons. He and his team embodied talent.

The museum is free and wheel chair accessible.

This was a nice experience. I do recommend watching the short film. It will really make you proud of the U.S.A. The rangers there were friendly. However I do not recommend paying the fees. The best parts of the fort are free.
