Kamisu is a city located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. As of September 2015, the city had an estimated population of 94,281, and a population density of 642 persons per km². Its total area is 146.94 square kilometres.
Kashima Antlers are a Japanese professional association football club playing in the J1 League with financial backing from the Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal. Antlers is derived from the city name, Kashima, which literally means "deer island".
