The Silver Palm is located down an un-paved road, but as their signs say, it is worth the drive. We've enjoyed lobster and fresh fish dishes at the Silver Palm and recommend anyone visiting the island to make a stop for lunch. If you are planning dinner, don't forget to call ahead for a reservation. The restaurant is right on Whitby beach...while the restaurant doesn't have ocean views, it is easy enough to access the beach for a post-lunch stroll.

The Barracuda Beach Bar is a three-table restaurant and bar located inside the Pelican Beach Hotel, right on the beach. It's an outside palapa and they cook to order at their outdoor grill and there's a bar as well.
Right on the beach, minutes away from our suites,Barracuda Beach Bar is a welcoming place. Mr. Clifford Gardiner is an accomplished and celebrated aviator,he owns the place, and he is a gem! The atmosphere is perfect, local decor and treasures from the beach along with various expired license plates from all over. The food was very good, we had Chicken kabobs and plantains, virgin island punch and wonderful conversation.
Highly recommend you do not miss this place while on North Caicos.

Serves the best local dishes in the heart of Bottle Creek, North Caicos. Opens breakfast, lunch and dinner. Awesome Friday night outdoor barbeque.
We stopped in and got a pizza to go. It was huge and only $16! We also took coconut ice cream and Sapodilla ice cream. Both made with island fruit. Pricey, but doesn't matter. It was really Good! Location does not have A.C. but do...MoreThank you for such an awesome review it means a lot to the My Dees Team

We liked this food the best from what we ate on North and Middle..conch fritter, steak and pasta were all very tasty..flavour seems to be lacking in the area so were happily surprised to happen upon this place.. right on bottle creek so nice view..you can eat inside or out and also a sep little bar there..would def eat here again

Miss B's is the #1 authentic locally owned restaurant on the beautiful island of North Caicos. It is conveniently located along Kings Road and open Mon thru Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Reservations preferred for dinning after 6pm. We are open on Sundays by reservation only and for 6 or more persons. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and accept Visa and MasterCard and WiFi and cable TV for your leisure.
And that's saying something, considering how friendly every local was and how delicious all our meals were. To me, Miss B's really stood out on North Caicos. The food was delicious and fairly-priced (we had about 8 "happy hour" plates consisting of jerk chicken, jerk pork, conch fritters, spring rolls and spicy chicken wings). The rum punch was the best we found on the island, and the 3 beers for $11.50 deal is unbeatable here. To top things off, we met Miss B, Reeko and the rest of the crew at the restaurant. They literally sat down next to us while we ate and chatted it up, played music and told jokes. It was such an incredible time. And to top it off, we had biked from our AirBNB (just less than a mile down the road), but we stayed all night and instead of biking home in the dark (and a little tipsy...), Miss B herself insisted on loading our bikes into the back of her truck and driving us home. If you're ever in N. Caicos DO NOT MISS OUT ON MISS B's!!! We just wish we'd gone sooner!

A little Bistro style offering sweet and savoury delights: gourmet coffee & tea, home made ice cream and sorbets, light sandwiches, pizza, refreshments and ice cream treats.
One of very few restaurants open on Sunday on North Caicos, so we gave it a try. Pretty limited menu (see photo) consisting of a few sandwiches, Panini's, conch fritters, salads and pizza. Ordered the lobster Sandwich served on sliced bread and an order of fries. Not much lobster meat in the Sandwich and the fries were limp (cooking oil not hot enough). The ice cream was very good; the highlight of our meal.

Located at the Sandy Point Marina on North Caicos and formerly known as Higgs Café, the Green Island Café is open for breakfast & lunch; closing at 5:00 p.m.. Outside dining and orders to go only. Took a some time for our order to be prepared but worth the wait. Very good Coconut shrimp Sandwich on a roll and pretty good cheeseburger with fries. Aiesha took our order and was very pleasant; giving us her phone number in the event we wished to place a future order for pick-up, to avoid the waiting time. Green Island also serves alcoholic beverages.

Another place to eat for local home cooking. Fresh caught fish served for lunch, good eating! Just don't try the home-made "hot sauce/dipping" they have on the table, it will burn you!

We stayed on North Caicos the last week in February. We rented a wonderful house and had great accommodations. The owner's booklet had all of the regularly reviewed restaurants and bars but towards the end of the recommendations was "Frank's the best conch chowder on the island, they even make it spicy". We were getting to the end of our week and we were yet to find a decent conch chowder on the island. So we decided to give it a shot. So you drive through Bottle Creek towards Middle Caicos and on the right hand side there is a white sign with hand painted Frank's (in black). We were a little apprehensive when we saw the outside and the driveway was a little rustic as are most of the side roads on North Caicos. Walking in to the restaurant, there are a few individual tables and one very long table on the left and a wooden bar on the right. All tables have a yellow tablecloth on them. The walls are a light brown and everything else in dark (wood) brown. Not the most elegant decor especially with the re-bar in front of the windows. But the breezes coming through the open windows were nice and refreshing. There also is a nice picture of Frank (the founder and Father) on a corner table draped in lace as a reminder of who's recipes are being used. He passed on six years back but the picture is a constant reminder of his presence.
We were the only guests throughout the meal. Sherry, greeted us and was very pleasant. We explained we were there for the conch chowder. Unfortunately, we didn't know, that you have to order ahead and she informed us that she did not have any available. At that point, we asked what else was available and she said how about some cracked conch or fish fingers, so we said what the heck and stayed. As soon as she went back to the kitchen we started to hear the conch shells being hammered and knew from then on that the conch was going to be fresh. Anyways, after 10 minutes, she re-appeared with two plates, one being battered conch and the other battered fish. Again, we were a little anxious as we are not prolific batter fried food consumers. Ladies and Gentlemen that was the BEST seafood on the island. The batter was light and airy and the conch as tender as can be. The fish was to die for, flaky and perfectly cooked. Accompanied by a very nice coleslaw with raisins and a nice molded serving of rice and beans. She does not serve booze so we ended up with a couple of waters. We devoured our dishes and couldn't believe how good it was.
The entire trip back to the rented house all we could do was rave about the food. We just couldn't stop talking about it. Back at the house we just looked at each other and said we have to try the conch chowder and conch salad. So, I called and said we would be there for lunch the next day and we wanted the conch chowder, conch salad and a plate of the fish (forget the coleslaw and rice). We arrived for lunch the following day, our table was already set and Sherry (smiling non stop) greeted us again. This time within minutes, the conch chowder and conch salad were on the table. OMG, the conch chowder had a little kick to it and the broth was so full of flavor and slightly thick. The conch was like butter, tender, full of flavor and just delightful. The conch salad had a little more spice than the chowder and was just excellent. Then came the plate of fish. Just like the previous day, to die for!! This time a couple of locals came in for orders to go which was good to see. Sherry explained that the conch she gets is fresh from the beach, the conch on Provo is mostly farmed and fed supplements therefore making it more rubbery. I can vouch for the difference.
Also, she explains that on Friday nights they have a whole fish fry, with local pig's tail and all the trimmings. Apparently, a popular stop for the locals each Friday night.
You can't let the decor put you off. The food is the best we sampled on North Caicos. I am just so sorry we didn't try Frank's earlier in the week. Sherry (and your Mom), thank you and we will be back next year as soon as we get off the ferry. We will make sure to call ahead the day before so we can experience the wonderful food.
