Most Popular Restaurants in Saint Louis

The history of St. Louis has been heavily influenced by Westward expansion and blues music. The big "must-see" in this region is the Gateway Arch, while other important sites include the Museum of Westward Expansion, the St. Louis Cathedral and the Anheuser-Busch factory tour. The city offers plenty for the whole family. Children will enjoy the local zoo and the Magic House, while family members will also want to unwind at Forest Park, home to the World's Fair almost a century ago.

This is a delicious little deli that has 77 reviews on Google Maps but I can't seem to find it here on trip advisor. Thought you might want to add it.

Sometimes you just have to get out of your comfort zone in the suburbs and find new places. My son who goes to SLU and lives in the city suggested we try Stacked and it was fantastic! Great specialty burgers or you can have them make a burger you design. They have a pad of paper on each table that you can check the boxes on what you would like on your burger if you do not choose one of theirs. We also tried the chicken wings which were great and the fried mac and cheese balls which sounded strange but very tasty. Very friendly staff and great bloody mary's perfect for a Sunday afternoon!

Adriana's

Reviewed By gecco2003 - Evergreen, Colorado

I went to Adriana's this past week while traveling via St. Louis. The restaurant is clean and was nearly full when I arrived at around 2:00 PM. The staff was efficient and friendly. I ordered the Italian Beef half and half special based on reviews I had found. They offer a different take on the sandwich. It is made with provolone cheese, red bell peppers and onions. By no means your traditional Italian Beef. The portion was perfect but still generous. However, I was disappointed as the taste was good but not nearly as flavorful as other's I've had. The bread was a bit soft. The side was penne with tomato and basil sauce. Meh...not spicy enough for my taste. Overall a good/average experience. Maybe next time I'll try something different.

Limited seating to probably 20 or so but great food. The Pulled Pork sandwich was delicious even though the pulled pieces were bigger than i like. The sauce was great. The coleslaw was out of this world good and especially on top of the sandwich. You have to try it.

OMG, best food and staff I have ever experienced. I am not exaggerating. Ok we came for the Pappy's Van Winkle burbon. The bartender told me "only one shot left'. He was right. The service is second to none. You must call for reservations or you won't get a table. We were greeted by Roberto's wife and then Roberto stopped by our table. He walked around to other tables as well. First class service. We started with the very fresh shrimp cocktail, a wonderful lobster bisque, then a surf and turf and their pasta special with lobster and tomatoes. It was fantastic. The food was fresh, well made, the portions are large and reasonably priced. Our waitress was effecient and friendly. All the staff were wonderful. A big thank you to all who made our visit so great. Lucky we had a reservation, the place was packed. They even resered seats at the bar. That says alot. I can't say enough. I've written a lot of reviews and been to a lot of cities and I can't say that I have ever had a better experience than I have at Roberto's. Tim, the magician stopped by tables, performed a few tricks and blew us away. He was great. If you visit St Louis or you live in St Louis you must stop and say hello to Roberto and his wife and enjoy a great meal?

Grbic Restaurant

Most people do not realize something about St. Louis, my hometown. It is a very welcoming community, and in the 1990s, when they needed it the most, we welcomed thousands of Bosnian immigrants, most of them of the Muslim faith. They have contributed so much to our city. One of the great advantages of that is to have wonderful Bosnian restaurants. The jewel is Grbic. I can't believe it has taken so long for my wife and I to go there. Very authentic dishes, wines from the Baltic region, and great service. Having traveled to Kosovo last year, we appreciate the authenticity of this restaurant. St Louis has the best Bosnian community in the entire USA, and this restaurant reflects that.

OK. Broken record. Another stellar review. New Year's Eve, limited menu, but it didn't matter. This fantastic restaurant has withstood the test of time and risen to the top of what St. Louis has to offer in the food department.
It is expensive, yes, but it's one of those places that really is worth a splurge. You can listen to the concierge hype about other local high-end eateries, but I say skip the overblown Italian place downtown and allow yourself to be spoiled here. You can thank me later.
This visit we were offered the opportunity to add shaved black truffle to any of our dishes, so we split a portion to complement our pasta course. Wow.

We stopped in here late for a drink before we tucked in for the night. While difficult to locate at first, we were really pleased with the scene. It was very busy at 9 when we arrived, so we squeezed around a small table. The comfy chairs and fireplace were so neat! The beer was cold and the wine was delicious. Definitely recommend stopping in.
